Welcome Charlie.

Have you read through the previous message in the topic? If you follow the method I talk about see if that works. You might already have tried that. My wife has the E-Megane and of course I have the scenic and this method continues to work. Which provider are you with?

Hi Charlie quite a few of us on Facebook Mégane etech forum who are with Octopus and have Ohme pro have been in touch with Renault. It's been confirmed as a known software fault and no fix yet but Renault and Ohme working on one. See above for how I work around it at the moment. Renault have suggested a few more and I will try and attach their advice until the fix finally comes.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the car to go into "Deep Sleep Mode"? I tried Wavy's workaround last night and it worked, however, I did open and close the car at 10.00pm before the charging was due to start at 12.00am - 5.00am. Hence the question of how long it takes the car to go into Deep Sleep Mode.

Not a clue to be honest. I found that on Intelligent Go it would start a charge as planned but stop after first gap in schedule and sleep. Wouldn't wake up at all with Go. Works well on using scheduled max charge so until a fix is confirmed I have given up trying anything else. At least I wake up with a charged car now!

Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh!
Took delivery of our scenic around 2 weeks ago and having real problems charging as everyone else has me tinned on here. It has charged twice for around 20-30% charge each time this was in the first week and since then nothing!!!!
We are with octopus, I have changed to octopus go instead of intelligent octopus go...... nothing! I have tried logging out of the ohme app and setting a programme on the car..... nothing! I even tried a charger that is in a post by the side of the road..... nothing! It keeps trying to start the charge and then stops again. It is driving me mad. Worst thing is we have the car on the motorbility scheme and rely heavily on it.
I called the dealership and they suggested that we book it in with them which we have done but this is the end of November until then we are left with having to charge it at a public charge point at the excessive prices!!
Does anyone have any other surgeons of how I might get the damn car to charge on this ohme app, I would greatly appreciate any help offered.

When you set it up where is the dashboard in the my renault app?

Have you looked back through this thread and tried the few different methods there are? My method still works to this day. Turn off smart charging on your Ohme app, programme the car to request the charge between the cheap charging hours. Plug the charger in, make sure the light goes solid blue to show the car has a scheduled charge planned then leave it. I have notice if you plug in very early, say 4/5pm that sometimes even though you get the blue light it doesn’t charge. I think because there is a big gap before the car wakes to ask for the charge, it doesn’t wake and you have to unlock and lock again to wake the car up. Have you tried this method?
