Re: Charging with ohme home pro
That’s great news. I remember when ours started charging correctly and it is a massive relief. Happy days.

Re: Charging with ohme home pro
Not sure what the answer would be on that then as I am led to believe that tariff charges at random times when the grid is quiet. Dont Octopus do another EV tariff similar to BG? So between times? If they do might be worth changing to that.

Re: Charging with ohme home pro
I feel your pain mate. I had many sleepless nights. I have attached a pic of the main screen on my Ohme app. Hope that helps. Make sure you turn price cap off. Don’t pair your car up through the Ohme app, where you can log into the Renault account through the Ohme app I mean, just link what car you ...

Re: Charging with ohme home pro
That’s great news as I know how frustrated I was becoming not having it charge over night. Even with the price cap disabled, if you have you tariff rate imputed in the Ohme app it still gives you the cost of the charge.

Re: Charging with ohme home pro
I would try programming a charge in the morning for 5 mins and see if this works once you have disabled to price cap.

Re: Charging with ohme home pro
I don’t understand why that hasn’t worked as the blue light means the car knows there is a charge programmed. Have you turned of the price cap? Mine says disabled. I have noticed that this method does sometimes start at 11:59 so maybe yours has and because the price cap is enabled, the car hasn’t be...

Re: Scenic long range mileage
Welcome. Pretty Q in here for people replying but guess to be expected as I have only seen one Scenic parked up charging. Never seen one actually on the road. I’m getting around 3.8 kWh. Love the car, has everything I wanted. Had an issue last few days with the digital dash showing the speed limit a...

Re: Renault EV charging issue with Octopus Intelligent Go
I am not with Octopus, we are with BG and have an Ohme pro. If you look at the other chat you will see I have had countless issues with the schedule charging until the company that fit the charger told me to turn everything off on the app and just programmed the car, so basically the charger is not ...

Re: Charging with ohme home pro
So, after going back and forth to Ohme and getting nowhere I decided to speak to the company that fit the charger and see if they had any ideas and guess what, they did! After a 5 min conversation they told me to try knocking everything off on the Ohme app, so no smart charging/scheduling etc and th...
