Is your car a MY25 or MY26 model? If it’s the MY25 you won’t have it and Renault have confirmed as it stands, it will not be coming to our models only on the MY26 models as standard. Rubbish isn’t it as I’m sure it would just be a software update.

Good morning, you're through to Anisa at Customer Services. The one pedal feature cannot be retrofitted to older specifications. This is due to be released on the MY26 version which is due to be announced soon.

We have just come back from Scotland and used a couple of different chargers up there and they all worked once I turned off my scheduling. Might be something you need to contact Renault for.
